Publication and licensing terms

The Editorial Board of the journal “Scientific and Technical Bulletin of Livestock Farming Institute of of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine” accepts original articles for publication in various fields of agricultural and veterinary sciences within the following specialties:

  • Animal Husbandry;
  • Agronomy;
  • Veterinary Medicine.

The Bulletin accepts articles of a problem-setting or generalizing nature that highlight the results of scientific research with statistical data processing and possess theoretical and practical significance. Manuscripts that have been fully or partially published previously are not accepted; manuscripts containing significant portions of already published texts or experimental data will be rejected.

Manuscripts are accepted in Ukrainian and English. The English version of an article is accepted only under the condition of professional translation. In cases where an English version translated via online translation tools is submitted, the materials will be rejected.

No more than one article by the same author (or co-author) may be published in a single issue of the journal.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright to their work, specifically the rights to:

  • use article materials for educational and teaching purposes;
  • place the preprint, post-print, or published version of the article in institutional, disciplinary, or personal repositories;
  • post articles on personal or institutional websites;
  • distribute articles for non-commercial purposes.

The publisher undertakes to provide reader access to journal materials under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License .

The CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, Attribution — Non Commercial — No Derivatives 4.0 International) license allows the reproduction and distribution of scientific articles or parts thereof exclusively for non-commercial purposes, with the obligation to credit the author and provide the publication details, without the right to distribute derivative works. The CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license allows to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
  • Use the material for educational and research purposes.

  • Non-Commercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes;

Open Access

All published materials are open access and may be used by other researchers for scientific, non-commercial purposes, provided the requirements of the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license are met.

Mandatory Citation

For any use of the materials, it is mandatory to provide the bibliographic data of the article as published in the “Scientific and Technical Bulletin of Livestock Farming Institute of NAAS of Ukraine” and a link to the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.
