One of the most important challenges in agricultural science today is ensuring that milk produced on farms and in livestock complexes is safe and of high quality. In modern livestock farming, it is essential to ensure the health of productive animals and to prevent diseases. A set of sanitary and technological measures plays a key role in this process by ensuring hygiene throughout production. An analysis of existing information has shown that manufacturers currently offer a fairly large number of antimicrobial agents. Still, each has drawbacks and requires further study for use in animal husbandry. The article presents the results of testing detergents and disinfectants in production conditions, as well as the development of a device for cleaning disinfectant solutions. As part of the work carried out, the modes of application of alkaline and two acidic detergents for pre-disinfection treatment of livestock facilities have been scientifically substantiated. It has been proven that the proposed methods for cleaning surfaces and equipment meet biosafety and bioprotection requirements, are easy to use, environmentally friendly, highly effective, and cost-effective, and also enable reliable cleaning of objects made of various materials. Effective modes of application of two disinfectants from different chemical groups in production conditions have been determined. Their use meets the requirements for environmental protection and for the production of safe, high-quality animal products. The work substantiates the initial parameters, design features, and main advantages of the developed device for cleaning detergent and disinfectant solutions, which is easy to use and ensures high-quality cleaning of liquids from impurities of both mechanical and biological origin. The results obtained complement the existing protocols for sanitary and hygienic measures in animal husbandry.
